Bishop Jill led the Institution of the new Vicar of Morecambe, Rev. Chris Krawiec.
Many people from Chris’ previous parish, where he was a Curate (St Bartholomew and St John, Great Harwood) were there to offer their best wishes as Chris began his new role, including (now retired) Vicar, Rev. Colin Penfold.
The Institution was by Bishop Jill while the Induction was by the Assistant Archdeacon of Lancaster, Rev. Canon Simon Cox. Bishop Jill is pictured with Chris after the service.
