Our Mothers’ Union meet on the 1st Thursday of every month at Churchfield House, Great Harwood, at 7.30 pm. We have a variety of speakers. We hold monthly tea and chat afternoons for elderly ladies; coffee mornings; we support family-friendly aspects of church life such as St Bart’s Tots; the pram service and Jesus Teddy Praise; breakfast with Santa.

Very few of the group have had any formal training in floral arts, but everyone has found hidden talents and a flair for different aspects of formal arranging.
Membership is open to any parishioner, no special skills are required, just an enthusiasm for the work we set out to do. As well as week-by-week flowers, we specialise in flowers for Church Festivals and weddings.
